Elmatec have IFC certification to make sure all works or carried out to the highest standard along with key focus on all elements of Health and Safety. All managers and site operatives have the necessary training and experience to carry out works with diligence and accuracy as required by industry standards and best practice.

During Elmatec works a detailed report is compiled and issued along with individual photos and logs for works carried out. Once works have been completed a full detailed O&M manual is provided that contains a comprehensive list of works, data sheet, installation reports etc.

Facade Fire Barrier

Elmatec offer comprehensive solutions to all facade fire barrier requirements. This is driven from a fire strategy provided by the Client/Architect and technical advice received from the manufacturer/supplier.

Service Penetrations

Elmatec can provide different options to cut openings for penetrations through existing structures (brick/cladding/roof etc.), these will then be dressed, weathered and fire protected to leave a clean, safe and watertight opening.

Remedial Works

Based on new building control legislation a number of existing buildings require retrospective works, Elmatec will work alongside building control and the fire officer to determine requirements and once agreed carry these works out to obtain ‘sign off’ by all parties.

Column Protection

New buildings require structural steel to be protected from fire. Elmatec can offer different solutions based on the fire stagy of the building and architect/clients requirements.

Cavity Fire Barriers

Elmatec work closely with its suppliers/manufacturers to provide all types of cavity barriers, albeit at slab level, brickwork cavities, building segregation etc.. Elmatec can cater and adapt to your needs.
